Ingredients
6-8 dates (2-3 per person)
olive oil
flaky salt (like Maldon sea salt)
Greek yogurt (dairy-free almond-based or regular if you eat dairy)
Directions
fill a small saucepan with enough oil to cover the bottom and heat on medium
add in dates and cook until warmed through, about 1 minute on each side
reserve warm oil and pour some on yogurt
top with flaky salt, serve warm
